Evaluation Partner
ClearUp Consulting has partnered with WomenLift Health since 2019, supporting its mission to expand the power and influence of women leaders in global health. Our team helped develop WomenLift's original theory of change and build MEL systems from the ground up, and we continue to lead a phased, contribution-focused evaluation that tracks how leadership development translates into real health and health-system outcomes across WomenLift's global regional hubs. Alongside the core evaluation, our team helps WomenLift capture real-time stories of fellows applying their leadership skills to drive health impact, refine its theory of change and logic model, and map partners and stakeholders across its expanding global network. We're also working with WomenLift to responsibly integrate AI into core processes: strengthening an existing AI interviewing chatbot, supporting AI-enabled qualitative analysis, and building a small language model, while keeping data collection multilingual and accessible across Swahili, Hindi, and dozens of other languages spoken across the fellowship. It's a partnership built on trust, continuity, and a shared belief that when women lead, health systems get stronger.
