St. Jude Global Childhood Cancer Initiatives

ClearUp Consulting supports three interconnected workstreams across St. Jude’s global childhood cancer initiatives. For the Global Platform for Childhood Cancer Medicines, ClearUp designed the initiative's MEL framework in partnership with WHO, UNICEF, PAHO, and St. Jude to measure the outputs, outcomes, and impact of a $200M investment in pediatric cancer medicine. This work included supporting the development of a DHIS2 system for global data collection and reporting, providing oversight of the evaluation and data quality verification contractor, and facilitating a lessons-learned workshop and partner convening. For the Global Initiative for Childhood Cancer, ClearUp is developing a MEL framework to identify key outputs, outcomes, and impact—strengthening the technical assistance the initiative provides to national pediatric oncology programs worldwide. ClearUp is also building a measurement framework for St. Jude’s regional programs to assess the outputs, outcomes, and impact of the organization's investments across seven global regions. This work involves defining indicators, designing data collection tools, overseeing data collection and aggregation, and shaping how findings inform future decision-making.
