ClearUp Consulting has supported One Stone, an innovative Boise high school, in defining its strategic and measurement goals since 2021. We worked with coaches (teachers) and the executive team to develop a logic model and key indicators for the organization, and designed, implemented, and analyzed routine surveys of students, parents, and coaches to inform ongoing program improvement. ClearUp also supported the cleaning and structuring of One Stone's growth transcript dataset, helping the team better understand student development through the school's innovative assessment method. Since 2023, ClearUp has overseen the program's internship initiative, mentoring interns in data analysis using Excel, Stata, and R.
